Flat-Rate Shipping
We charge a single flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order, regardless of the number of items in your cart. No surprises at checkout — what you see is what you pay.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions or your location.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We are not able to fulfill orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or international addresses at this time.
If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number directly on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Our planters and pots are carefully packaged to arrive in great condition. If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.
