At GetInnovaTech Solutions, we stand behind the quality of every planter, geometric pot, and desktop botanical container we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right. Please read our returns policy carefully before initiating a request.

1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- The item is in its original, unused condition — free from soil, water stains, plant residue, or signs of use.
- The item is in its original packaging with all included components, inserts, and accessories.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, filled with soil, or had plants placed in them.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window has closed.
- Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during a clearance event.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents not caused by GetInnovaTech Solutions.
- Customized or special-order planters made to buyer specifications.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to begin your return:
Contact Us
Email or call our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Approval
We will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely, write the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to our address.
Receive Your Refund
Once we inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

5. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we confirm receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Original outbound shipping charges ($5.99) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item (subject to our standard return eligibility criteria) and place a new order for the preferred product on our website.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary by institution.
